BCI World | Hybrid Event

Brief:

The team at BCI runs a two-day fully hybrid conference with two simultaneous streams, multiple room changes, and an awards ceremony. 

The event team focuses a lot on the experience for every attendee. Which is super important when it comes to the technical team working in the background. 

Solution: 

Working closely with the BCI events team months in advance, we provided the full AV, live streaming, cameras, stage setup, and a full technical crew in each room to ensure that it ran smoothly. 

After each session, our team edited the recording from source, to upload onto the platform for on-demand viewing.

The event was streamed to iVent’s virtual platform, which again is very user-experience-focused. 

Each year the BCI event team strives to make the event bigger and better. We are looking forward to working with them again next year to take it to the next level.
