Virtual Police Awards

Brief:

Dyfed Powys Police wanted to create an engaging awards ceremony for all of their staff, regardless of whether they were based at home, in the office, or out on patrol.

Solution: 

We worked with Dyfed Powys Police to develop a solution that addressed all of their challenges. We created a pop-up green screen studio in one of their meeting rooms. This allowed us to create a professional and polished look for the ceremony. We also designed a custom branded stage set that had the PowerPoint embedded into it, so that it would replicate an in-person event feel. This helped to make the ceremony feel more special and memorable for all staff.

In addition, we used a variety of virtual tools to allow us to dial in virtual presenters and winners who were unable to attend in person. This ensured that everyone who deserved to be recognised was able to participate in the ceremony.

Results: 

The end result was a successful and engaging awards ceremony that was enjoyed by all staff. The ceremony was well-received by both staff and management, and it was great to see all the presenters embrace the studio environment, many for the first time ever.
